The Mental Health Line is a 24 hour Telephone Triage Service operating seven days a week across NSW.  We provide a triage and referral service to consumers within Central Coast, Mid North Coast and Northern Sydney LHDs.  The mental health professionals staffing the line will assess the urgency of the call and make appropriate recommendations about follow up and treatment.  We value our staff as our most important resource and strive to provide support and development opportunities throughout your career with us.

Applications are invited for the position of Nurse Unit Manager, Medical Oncology and Haematology, Inpatient Unit.

 

This position offers a great opportunity for a highly enthusiastic and experienced nurse to be part of new and exciting developments for Cancer Services on the Central Coast.  With the recent expansion in 2013 of Radiation Oncology and the planned redevelopment of the Gosford Hospital site in the next few years, we are seeking an individual who will embrace and support the staff of Medical 2 through improved service developments. Well supported by the multidisciplinary team, the NUM Medical 2 plays an integral part in providing ongoing positive culture and inpatient leadership within Cancer Services on the Central Coast.

 

The Central Coast is less than an hour by road north of Sydney and is a thriving region where rural and beachside lifestyles sit side by side, perfectly located between Sydney and Newcastle and accessible by road and rail.
