The Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 3, Community Health will provide a complex and diverse nursing consultancy service to clients and health care teams across CCLHD that enables the provision of contemporary, high quality, person-centred clinical nursing practice related to Community Health.

All TPP programs will commence on the 13th March 2017.
