Role Purpose:

 

The Senior Policy Officer provides high level advice and coordinates support to senior executives and staff in the Mental Health Branch with a focus on branch-wide coordination of initiatives, policies and practices.

Describe a situation when you had to use your communication skills in presenting complex information. How did you determine your message was received?


Question 2:
Outline how you would approach preparing a brief and letter of response to a member of the public who has written to the Minister complaining about the quality of care provided to a family member. Include if possible, a mental health example.
