Purpose of Position

The Administrative Officer will provide administrative, reception and medical records support to the clinical services and teams of the Camperdown Community Health Centre.

 

ONLY PERMANENT EMPLOYEES OR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES WITH 12 MONTHS CONTINUOUS SERVICE WITHIN NSW HEALTH ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

Selection Criteria • Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality administrative support

• Highly developed written communication skills and demonstrated effective oral communication skills

• Working knowledge of medical terminology

• Demonstrated experience with receptionist duties and typing at 45 words per minute with 98% accuracy

• Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member

• Competent in using Microsoft Office programs

• Ability to prioritise and schedule workload to complete a variety of competing tasks
