Purpose of Position

This Position is responsible for a variety of duties on a rotational basis including prompt receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to meet service needs. Data entry, Barcoding of supplies and intravenous fluids throughout the Nepean Campus and other departments assoiated with Nepean Hospital including Community Health Centres. meet customer service standards through competency, application and attitude to service. Undertake regular cycle counts/stock takes as per schedule.

This is a permenant part time position classified as General Administration Staff Grade 1.





Selection Criteria 1. Current 1 A Drivers Licence for Manual Vehicles

2. Current Forklift Licence

3. Demonstrated previous experience & competency in accurate computer data entry

4. Previous working experience in a computerised warehousing & distribution environment

5. Good understanding of warehouse functions including reciept, storage, issue and delivery of goods.

6. Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles

7. Able to read, write & speak english to an acceptable standard

8. Physically able to perform duties required
