Purpose of Position	To manage the acquisition, orientation, activity training, ongoing communication with and retention of volunteers for Broken Hill service delivery including clinical, support services and Hospital kiosk. Manage the integration of spouses/partners and children of staff relocating to Broken Hill to integrate into the city.
Selection Criteria	At least three years experience with the selection, orientation, ongoing training and liaison of volunteers. Demonstrated experience in submitting funding applications Demonstrated experience in submitting award applications for volunteers A history of establishing and maintaining relationships with external organisations to enhance volunteer services and funding Demonstrable experience in providing reports to management team High level of communication skills both oral and written with experience in a variety of media. Current drivers licence.
