The Dietitian will provide nutrition assessments, intervention and education, and participate in discharge planning. The position will provide services in a range of settings in line with evidence based practice, including education sessions for chronic care rehabilitation groups.
This is a Permanent Full Time position, working 38 hours per week, and classified as Dietitian Level 1 - Level 2. This position is located in Young and belongs to Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
