To assess and address the rehabilitation needs of the referred client ensuring the provision of quality client centred clinical rehabilitation interventions within a recovery framework that promotes wellness and enables functional independence, social empowerment and occupational enrichment.

This position delivers the above clinical rehabilitation service on weekends to ensure continuity of care for clients in ISMHU.
