Purpose of Position

To fill a vacancy. Help reduce overtime costs due to staff shortages. They need to be able to perform all tasks as required. Being able to work in a highly demanding and pressurised environment.


Looking for an experienced Admin Officer who can work on a casual basis, be called in at short notice or cover annual leave requirements of the dept. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, public holidays. No exceptions.

Selection Criteria Extensive Clerical experience in a Health Care setting

Demonstrated high level organisational skills and ability to prioritise

Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated high level written and verbal communiation skills.

Ability to work day afternoon and night shift. Public Holidays, weekends and at short notice to cover sick and annual leave.
