The Registered Nurse in the Acute Inpatient Unit will coordinate and provide high quality nursing care, specialising in the assessment, planning and implementation of strategies to manage patients with mental illnesses who exhibit high risk behaviours and/or complex needs. This will involve liaison with other mental health services throughout the Central Coast Local Health District with regard to the referral, admission and return transfer of these patients
