• As part of the team, the Child and Family Nurse will be responsible for conducting a service with the aim of promoting the health and well being of infants, children and their families.
• The Emphasis will be on a holistic approach to early intervention and prevention on all issues that may affect the well being of infants, children, young people and their families.
• It is expected that the child and family Health Nurse will embrace a strong primary health care strategy
• This position also provides an outreach post natal service to those patients who deliver at Albury-Wodonga Health Service, Northeast Health Wanagaratta and Yarrwonga District Health Service

This is a Permanent Full Time position, working 38 hours  per week, and classified as a Registered Nurse/Midwife. This position is located in Corowa and belongs to Murrumbidgee Local Health District.  Job share will be considered.
