Position Summary:

 A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Pharmacist Grade 1/2 with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team.   • Demonstrated understanding of formulary management and application of formulary decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as demonstrated effective interpersonal skills including the ability to consult with other health professionals and patients
  • Excellent problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
