Position Summary

Applications are invited from skilled and energetic Registered Nurses (Mental Health) with a passion for person centred care to join our dynamic and accomplished multidisciplinary team providing care for people with mental health disorders / illnesses living in the inner city area. We offer applicants a supportive team environment and stimulating workplace with a variety of learning and development opportunities. Applicants will benefit from having prior experience working in mental health or have a keen and motivated interest to pursue a career in mental health nursing.

Demonstrated high level effective communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of application in a mental health setting.

Demonstrated high level computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within the interdisciplinary team and demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

Current mental health knowledge and experience would benefit applicants, demonstrated via completion of a post graduation qualification in mental health or evidenced of specialisation in completion of nurse training.
