Purpose of Position

To assist in the recruitment, care, safety and coordination of patients participating in clinical trials in the Concord Palliative Care Service. Collection, recording and archiving of relevant data associated with the relevant trial. To assist with setup, management and completion of clinical trials. To assist with design and development of research initiated by the Concord Palliative Care Service.

Selection Criteria Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).


Evidence of the ability to work both as a team member and independently.

Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.

Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Demonstrated computer skills including database management and the use of excel, word and access.

Unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 licence acceptable).

Recent palliative care experience or interest in palliative care nursing.
This position requires a Working With Children Check (WWCC) issued by the Office of the Children's Guardian.
