Purpose of Position

The key purpose of this role is to provide business as usual support for an electronic shared care planning IT tool, as well as providing training and change management support to defined end users.

Selection Criteria 1. Proven ability to provide technical support to end users and manage trouble tickets through to completion.

2. Knowledge of health based business workflows (or a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new workflows and business drivers) and an ability to map and analyse these workflows.

3. A proven ability to foster a willingness of users to embrace cultural change, resolving or accommodating differences in business drivers of end users (of IT systems).

4. Ability to plan, facilitate and run end-user training including development of user training plans, user guides and quick reference guides.

5. Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant experience or combination in Business Analyst and Change Management activities.

6. Advanced proven capacity to manage multi-disciplinary groups, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

7. Ability to motivate and co-ordinate staff, with proven negotiation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use within NSW/Australia and ability to travel within the Tweed and Richmond area.
