Purpose of Position

To provide a high standard of customer service whilst performing administrative duties within the Admissions Department.

 

ONLY PERMANENT EMPLOYEES OR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES WITH 12 MONTHS CONTINUOUS SERVICE WITHIN NSW HEALTH ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY

Selection Criteria Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing so as to competently interview patients and also provide patients, relatives and staff with relevant information as required.

An understanding and an interest in providing a high standard of customer service.



Proven organisational skills.

Ability to work in a team environment

Proven ability with Computer Systems/Data Entry
